While Viking Age Scandinavia had a large number of white people, there’s historical evidence for immigration (forced slavery or otherwise) from Africa, the Middle East, and theoretically any country that they traded with. For example, Chinese silk has been discovered in Viking Aged archaeological sites, opening the doors for Chinese immigrants as well. Please imagine the citizens of the nine realms to be varied in appearance.

Jotun - Residents of Jotunheim. White, often snow-white, sometimes with tones of ice-blue. Often tall in stature, with a slight resistance to cold. Jotun people have the capability to bear children regardless of sex or gender
Aesir - Gods of Asgard. Typically white, towards the stereotypical Scandinavian standards of beauty.
Vanir - Gods of Vanaheim. Typically white, towards the stereotypical Scandinavian standards of beauty.
